Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver appetizers, main courses, condiments, desserts, and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail. Manage Beverage Refills: Circulate the room with coffee pots, water pitchers, and other beverages, promptly refilling guests' cups and glasses upon request. Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Clear plates, replace utensils, and promptly address spills or special guest needs to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure the entire team complies with proper food handling procedures. What We are Looking for in a Part-Time Banquet Server: Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in food service is advantageous. Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Time Management and Organization: Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
