ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sous Chefs are required to supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned Kitchen Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Hotel Standards, while working within the budgeted guidelines. Sous Chefs must also assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests as well as provide support, training, direction, and focus to ensure staff members have continued success.
