Description Job Title: Banquet Staff Department: F&B Reports to: Events Manager Effective Date: 2025 Job Summary: North Ridge Country Club is a premier private country club known for its exceptional service and refined atmosphere, is seeking professional and polished Banquet Staff to join our hospitality team. As a Banquet Server, you will contribute to the success of club-hosted events such as weddings, member banquets, galas, and private functions. This role demands a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Love It, Own It, Handle It! Duties/Responsibilities: Execute precise setup and breakdown of banquet spaces in accordance with event specifications and club standards Deliver impeccable food and beverage service to members and guests, adhering to formal serving protocols Maintain an elegant and welcoming attitude at all times Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure flawless service flow Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests in a discreet and courteous manner Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service Uphold all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with club policies and health regulations Assist in special member events and seasonal functions with professionalism and care Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to assist the team with event tasks as needed. Table setting knowledge, including glassware and serving utensils Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain composed and efficient in high-pressure environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as current industry trends. Education and Experience: Previous banquet serving experience Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing or walking around the Club campus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. *In addition to afore mentioned details, Banquet staff must act in a professional, respectful and fair manner at all times. This should be directed towards members, guests and all club staff. *Job Duties are not limited as described above and such duties are required outside of the posted directed by the Event Coordinator, Event Manager and/or the Director of Clubhouse Relations.
Responsibilities
