Transport and clean cooking utensils and service-ware in order to provide cooks, bus-persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests' dining experience. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings. Responsible for organization and cleanliness of food storage areas and walk-in coolers Perform other duties as requests, such as moving supplies and equipment, putting away product deliveries, recycling cardboard and dispensing of trash, etc. Maintain a clean and safe workplace as determined by industry and resort standards Sort soiled dishes and flatware so that it can be put through dish machine properly Wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
