Job Description Assist the Banquet Manager in supervising day‑to‑day banquet operations. Lead, guide, and motivate the banquet team to deliver excellent service during events. Coordinate event setups according to function sheets and client specifications. Ensure timely preparation, smooth service flow, and professional guest interaction. Conduct pre‑event briefings and ensure staff are well‑prepared and properly assigned. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all banquet areas. Support inventory control of equipment, supplies, and operating materials. Collaborate with the Culinary, Events, and Service teams to ensure seamless event execution. Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all banquet setups and services follow hotel standards and brand guidelines. Assist in training new team members and monitoring performance. Qualifications Previous experience in Banquets or F&B operations (supervisory experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously. Professional appearance and guest‑focused approach.
