QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in banquet service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of banquet operations, service techniques, and event setup standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in hospitality.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the banquet team during event setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Ensure banquet halls, meeting rooms, and service areas are properly prepared according to event orders (BEOs).
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, kitchen team, and other departments to guarantee smooth event execution.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to banquet staff and monitor performance during events.
  • Ensure service standards, hospitality etiquette, and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to banquet servers, waiters, and attendants.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor food and beverage service to ensure timely delivery and presentation quality.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet facilities before, during, and after events.
  • Assist in inventory control of banquet equipment, linens, and supplies.
  • Support in staff scheduling and manpower planning for events.
  • Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback to improve service standards.
