At Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary South we have been a part of the community for over 40 years. We pride ourselves in the experience we deliver to our restaurant and hotel guests. We work hard to live our Values daily and we are looking for someone who will take on the role of Banquets Supervisor. This person will be entrepreneurial, proactive and solution oriented. They will have exposure to both the restaurant side of the business, and the events side of the business.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with an Associate’s Degree, Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality. We would like someone with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience with at least one of those years within a leadership role. A strong understanding of both restaurants and events will help you stand out. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of beer, alcohol, wine and barista. Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills are also needed. Exposure to social media and support of payroll would also beneficial.
