Your Day To Day * Follow Banquet Event Order form to understand the client’s function requests and setup according to their contract agreement with the Conference & Events team. * Working closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team members to provide seamless service. * Personally welcome, recognise and farewell the client and guests with genuine warmth and thoughtful hospitality. * Going above and beyond for the client and guests, understanding their needs and always making their experience memorable. * Function rooms and back of house prep area to be maintained clean and tidy at all times. * Respond appropriately to guest complaints and concerns, solicit feedback and build relationships that drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction. * Manage stock responsibly ensuring appropriate control and ordering to balance budget, demand and par levels. * Coaching, mentoring and training colleagues whilst leading and coordinating the operational outlets. * Conduct briefing and service sequence to all casual labours on day to day functions. * Wear your uniform with pride and grooming as per hotel standard. * Responsible to update the E-Log after every shift on daily basis.the set upback-of-house,the day-to-daylabourersa standardsfor updatinga setup back-of-house,   What We Need From You * Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling. * Strength – sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 50lbs (23 kg). * Literate – you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths. * Flexible – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job. * Experienced – you’ll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks. Ideally with formal bartending training. * Compliant – as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language. * Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.

They also manage stock levels, train staff, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through proactive service and complaint resolution.
