JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee the successful execution of events within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and food safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques.
  • Experience with POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is preferred.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.

  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members, fostering a positive work environment through effective leadership and team management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during events.
  • Train staff on food handling procedures, service techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food preparation and serving.
