JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee service and servers  Take accurate food orders from guests or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately  Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing  Refreshes drinks  Assists with bussing tables  Perform various other duties as assigned  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of High School education  Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role Food safety certification preferred Alcohol awareness certification preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively verbally  Team player  Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members  Ability to work flexible hours and shifts Ability to multi-task *The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
