Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Part-time (Thursday through Sunday) Hours vary: 6:00 AM – 11:00AM and 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Must be available to work holidays and special events as needed Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Banquet Support Attendant to join our hospitality team. This hybrid role supports breakfast service and banquet operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Team Collaboration Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide prompt, professional service Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other departments Communicate effectively with Banquet Captain and Management to ensure seamless event execution Attend and participate in all training sessions and team meetings Breakfast & Food Service Support Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast service areas Maintain buffet and food stations, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels Run food trays to and from the kitchen and assist servers during service Clear tables and transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas Banquet Setup & Operations Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders and floor plans Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas Monitor and maintain banquet inventory including linens, chairs, dishes, and décor Return all equipment to proper storage, ensuring it is clean and in good working order Notify management of any equipment issues or needed repairs Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent required Authorized to work in the United States Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, and food & beverage operations Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and special events Professional appearance and punctual attendance required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance Ability to move tables, chairs, and equipment weighing approximately 40 lbs Work Environment This position operates in a fast-paced hospitality environment supporting events, meetings, and food service operations.
