Work right on the Ottawa River! Britannia Yacht Club is a busy private members’ yacht club seeking a Banquet Team Lead/Bar Supervisor to join our team.
We’re looking for a hospitality professional with 3–5 years of relevant supervisory or leadership experience to oversee banquet service, bar operations, and special events such as weddings, private functions, and member events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support banquet and bar service teams during events and daily operations
  • Oversee bar operations, including inventory, setup, and staff coordination
  • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests in both banquet and casual dining settings
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth execution of weddings, banquets, and club events

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant supervisory/leadership experience in hospitality or event service
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Bartending knowledge and hands-on serving experience
  • Availability for full-time work, including weekdays and weekends
  • Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
