As Banquet Waiter / Waitress, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional and memorable event experiences, ensuring each function is executed seamlessly from preparation through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Set up banquet spaces, including tables, linens, glassware and service equipment in line with event specifications * Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service during events and functions * Assist with event preparation, service and breakdown to ensure smooth operations * Transport and organise equipment, supplies and materials efficiently * Communicate effectively with kitchen and events teams to ensure accurate and timely service * Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service throughout the event * Clear, reset and maintain event spaces to the highest standards throughout service * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all banquet and back‑of‑house areas * Support colleagues and assist with operational duties to ensure event success * Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times * Uphold company standards of service, presentation and professionalism Core Competencies We are seeking a polished and flexible professional who demonstrates energy, attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
