Key Responsibilities Create Memorable Guest Experiences - Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every event runs seamlessly. Execute Service with Precision - Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, confidently accommodate dietary requirements, and ensure timely, high‑quality service. Set the Scene for Exceptional Events - Assist with the setup, reset, and presentation of banquet and event spaces, maintaining a refined and professional atmosphere at all times. Be a Confident Menu Ambassador - Maintain strong knowledge of menus and beverage offerings to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions with confidence. Work as One Team - Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure smooth service flow and successful event delivery. Perform Under Pressure - Adapt quickly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and service excellence. Maintain Health, Safety & Hygiene Standards - Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
