Join the team at The Marcliffe as a Banqueting Bartender and become part of one of Scotland’s most prestigious 5-star hotel operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide variety of functions and events, from luxury weddings and corporate dinners to high-profile private parties.
This is a zero-hour contract with regular shift availability and opportunities for development and progression within the team.

As a Banqueting Bartender, you will:

• Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to our guests
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and draught beers to the highest standard
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar environment throughout service
• Support the wider Events team across a range of large and small-scale functions
• Be confident in handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and managing bills and payments
• Take ownership of bar set-up and closing procedures in line with hotel standards
• Ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
