Are you a creative sous chef who enjoys taking responsibility for Banqueting? And are you always prepared for unexpected busy periods or a large group? Can you add significant value to our kitchen with your talent and experience? Then you are the Banqueting Sous Chef we are looking for!

What challenges await you? -

You are responsible for managing the banqueting kitchen team, under the leadership of our Kitchen Manager; -

You handle all parties and events in our banqueting department by providing guests with lunch, dinner, or perhaps even a live cooking buffet! -

You monitor and control the quality of the dishes and are responsible for placing daily orders for your department; -

You prepare the most delicious dishes and contribute ideas for updating items such as the menus; -

We consider your input extremely important. We would therefore love to hear your ideas regarding our menu or recipes! Brainstorming with the rest of the kitchen management is definitely part of your job! Requirements

Furthermore, we hope you possess the following: -

MBO working and thinking level; -

You are available full-time; -

At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
