We’re searching for a casual staff to join our Banqueting Food & Beverage team, confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service. This role involves setting up, serving, and cleaning up after banquets and ensuring guests have an excellent experience. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Creating a warm welcome for every single client and guest that sets the tone for their experience with us ● Provide high-quality food and beverage service following banquet operation standards. ● Preparing and serving drinks in a prompt manner ● Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment ● Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly What We need from you: ● Previous experience in F&B service is preffered. ● Communication and customer service skills ● The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling ● Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories ● The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays ● Full Australian Working Rights What you can expect from us: · Free meal on shift · Hotel perks like accommodation and food & beverage discounts · Access to our discount retail platform that makes your pay go even further We give our people everything they need to succeed.
