An exciting opportunity for the 2026 season has arisen for a Banqueting Operations Manage at Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, to support the Events team in providing excellent and personalised guest experiences, while leading and coordinating the banqueting teams. Your role will include, but not be limited to: Provide an excellent and personalised guest experience according to our service standards. Lead and coordinate the banqueting team (outsourced). Organise and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or F&B Manager. Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures. Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues. Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints. Inventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries. Comply with health and safety regulations. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English; a third language is preferred. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines. Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the same role in a hotel environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Passion for hospitality and ambition to grow professionally. Flexibility to work on weekends and a rotating schedule.
