Responsibilities

As Banqueting Operations Manager, you make dreams come true, whether a conference, wedding or fashion show, your positive and can-do attitude goes above and beyond our guests’ expectations.
You are responsible for the overall Banqueting operations and the ambassadors within your team. You will manage the daily operation by motivating the team to go for the best possible service. Next to the operations, you are also responsible for the hour registration, schedules, holiday requests and outside labor if needed.
As Manager of the department you will give instructions, guidance, motivate your ambassadors and it is essential that you are able to keep a helicopter view. You are also responsible for achieving all LQA standards as well as safety and HACCP standards. Next to that, you participate in Pre-ops-, OPS- and F&B meeting when available. One in all, this is a very dynamic position in which no day is the same.
