EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banquet or events-related role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and supplies as required for event setup.

• Serve food and beverages during banquets and events, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Clean up and reset banquet spaces after events.
• Monitor meetings and events to anticipate guest needs, including refilling beverages and supplies.
• Prepare and arrange meeting spaces according to client specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas.
• Communicate effectively with the team and guests to ensure seamless event execution.
