BANQUET ATTENDANT

Step into the world of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where personalised, world-class service meets elegance and luxury. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Banquet Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic Banquets team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our event guests.
As a Banquet Attendant, you will play a vital role in executing memorable events—ranging from intimate meetings to lavish weddings and grand corporate functions. With your keen eye for detail and passion for service, you’ll ensure every guest experience is polished, seamless, and reflective of the Four Seasons standard.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalised food and beverage service during all banquet functions
  • Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders and guest expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth function execution
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained in all event spaces
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and dietary considerations to assist guests
  • Assist in the preparation and resetting of event spaces for consecutive functions throughout the day
