This role requires a skilled and knowledgeable bartender who can craft cocktails, manage a full bar setup, and deliver a polished guest experience from the first pour to last call. Reporting to the Banquet Manager, you will be a key contributor to the overall success of each event. Work Schedule Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Responsibilities Set up and break down full bar stations including glassware, garnishes, ice, liquor, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings per event specifications. Craft cocktails, mix drinks, and pour wine and beer with consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards befitting a private country club. Maintain thorough knowledge of the Club's beverage menu, signature cocktails, wine list, and specialty offerings. Attend pre-event briefings to review bar menus, guest counts, special requests, and service expectations. Greet and engage members and guests in a warm, professional manner delivering personalized service that reflects the Club's standards. Manage bar inventory during events tracking usage, maintaining par levels, and minimizing waste. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the event, including proper sanitization of tools and surfaces. Process drink orders efficiently during high-volume service periods without compromising quality or hospitality. Reset and fully restock the bar following each event to ensure readiness for the next function. Maintain reliable attendance and availability. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a banquet, hotel, private club, or upscale restaurant setting. Strong working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer, including proper pouring technique and cocktail preparation. TIPS Certification. Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure during high-volume events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for the full duration of a shift and work both indoor and outdoor events. Basic computer proficiency. Compensation: This position is part-time year-round offered at $20 per hour plus service charge pool.
