Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience an asset
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Proven leadership, motivational, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • BC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employmen
Responsibilities
  • Ensure an overall smooth operation throughout the Banquets department
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Provide motivation and support to all team members
  • Provide support to the Banquets management team as required
