KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Handling accommodation bookings, guest check-ins/outs, and general front desk duties
• Providing efficient and friendly bar service
• Assisting customers with TAB and Keno transactions
• Delivering outstanding customer service with a personable, outgoing attitude

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Current RSA & RCG Certificates / Competency Card
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in accommodation, TAB, and Keno is highly regarded but not essential – we’re willing to train the right candidate
