We’re seeking a dynamic Bar & Club Manager to lead operations across MAYA’s multi-level bar and nightlife experience. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in stylish, high-energy environments and excels at delivering elevated guest experiences from brunch through the small hours.

• Oversee all bar and nightlife operations including staff management, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead training, and development of a standout bar and floor team.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, and stock controls to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive innovation in cocktails and drink offerings that align with MAYA’s luxe-urban aesthetic.
• Ensure strict compliance with licensing, health & safety, and venue protocols.
• Collaborate with events and marketing teams to deliver bottomless brunches, Friday “Supper Club,” themed nights, and more.
• Track and analyse performance metrics to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
