We are looking for casual Bar and Floor staff to come on board for the function season. We are a small team, so we would love to have someone friendly, a team player and hard working. The hours for this role would majority be during functions, which fluctuates from 1-4 shifts a week in peak periods. Your role would be-
- assisting the team with high quality drink production and food offerings
-providing excellent customer service to our guests
-maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the bar and restaurant area
- Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and implemented.
- assist in setting up/ stocking our bar and restaurant for service
- Running food and drinks to our customers
to be successful in this role we would love to see-
- a strong work ethic
- a passion for serving and creating high quality drinks and service to customers
- a friendly and well presented demeanour
- prior experience working in a bar or restaurant, cocktail experience is also important.
