We are urgently hiring high-quality, passionate and professional individuals to join the Food & Beverage team at Koukash Bar & Grill and Café Mosaic, located within the DoubleTree by Hilton Liverpool.
We are looking for the right people to join our front-of-house team who can work confidently across multiple roles as all-rounders.
Bar Staff (Cocktail Experience Essential)
You’ll take full ownership of the bar at Koukash creating handcrafted cocktails, preparing classic drinks, and delivering fast, friendly service. You must be confident working independently and thrive in a lively, busy bar environment.
Floor Staff (Waiters/Waitresses)
You’ll bring energy, warmth and professionalism to our guests’ dining experience. From taking orders to delivering food and drink with a smile, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere every day.
Hostess (Front-of-House)
You’ll be the first face our guests see. You’ll greet guests warmly, manage table bookings, escort them to their seats, and help coordinate smooth front-of-house operations with a calm, confident presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, guest-focused personalities who take pride in their work
• Bar staff with cocktail knowledge and the ability to work solo when needed
• Hostess candidates with a welcoming presence and good organisation
• Experience in hospitality especially at high end restaurants is desirable, but the right attitude is essential
• Reliable, presentable, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends and bank holidays)
