We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Food service Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen interest in beverages, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• A good understanding of various beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Serve and clear food to customers and clean as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting of sales.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards.
