THE ROLE:

We’re on the hunt for a F&B Team Leader/supervisor who loves crafting incredible experiences. With a fantastic menu of carefully chosen food and drink options, we need someone to take the reins in whipping up delicious treats and serving our customers with style. You’ll also be the driving force in inspiring and coaching our crew to match your infectious vibe. But here’s the deal-breaker - your main mission is to keep our customers safe and having an absolute blast!

YOUR DUTIES

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
• Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B
• Always maintain brand and safety standards
• Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas
• Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
