A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager to join a dynamic management team serving traditional Scottish food and drinks at Gael & Grain, Scottish Pub & Kitchen in Glasgow’s bustling west end. Responsible for the day to day operation, overseeing both front and back of house ensuring an enjoyable & memorable experience for all guests on a regular basis whilst achieving sales / profitability targets.

General responsibilities include:

• Staff training

• Operational leadership with a focus on team motivation and great guest experience
• Compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Stock management inc ordering and receiving goods
• Management of bookings
