JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic hands on bar / restaurant assistant’s to help in the daily operations of our pub. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in a bar setting.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of food production processes and culinary practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
