OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar and restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and ensure a high standard of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record in supervising small teams. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

• Manage the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
  We have two positions available for this post - one part time and one full time, with flexibility allowed for the right candidate.
  salary/hourly pay is based on experience and can be discussed.
