JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Barista, waiting or bar experience – or time working in other people-facing roles in retail or leisure. But it’s also about personality fit and attitude, so we’re happy to offer full training for the right candidates who may have less experience.
• A team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality

At our hotel, we’re looking for a team who are passionate about Cornwall and our local food and drink producers, and are eager to be a part of this county’s incredible way of life. As a member of our team, you’ll work alongside others who prioritise our guests and support each other.
We seek dynamic individuals who value positive lifestyle choices and excel as food and beverage all-rounders. From crafting exquisite coffee for early risers to mixing cocktails, you’ll take pride in every aspect of your role as a waiter, barista, or mixologist.
