Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed during food preparation and serving.
  • Assist with the preparation of food as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Clearing tables and washing/restocking crockery.
  • Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
