Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and menu knowledge.
