SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our front of house team at The Italian Kitchen which is located in the heart of the Merchant City Glasgow. This role is essential for delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with our commitment to great customer service and satisfaction.
Working with General Manager(GM), the management team and kitchen to oversee the success of the restaurant.

• Serving: 1 year (required)
• Barista: 1 year (preferred)
• waitressing: 1 year (required

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly manner.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in menu recommendations and upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Process payments accurately.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  Pay will be dependant upon experience and completion of a successful probationary period.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: £12.21-£13.70 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
