As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have ab enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly attitude.

SKILLS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Experience in serving and food preparation is beneficial, along with kitchen experience if applicable.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, using basic math skills for billing purposes.
