We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individuals to join our front of house team at The Barley Mow, a friendly and vibrant pub in the heart of Hersham. Whether you’re looking to build hospitality experience or bring your customer service skills to a new environment, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

. Applicants must be 18+
. Must have no unspent criminal convictions
. Previous bar or hospitality experience is highly preferred but not essential- full training will be provided for the right candidate
. A proactive, customer- focused attitude with the ability to work under time pressure and high volume customer work environments.
. Strong communication skills
. Availability for evening and weekend shifts
. Knowledge of drink preparation is a plus! (Pouring pints, mixing spirits, etc).
. We pride ourselves on building great relationships with our regulars and locals, so we’re looking for someone who’s confident, approachable, and enjoys making people feel welcome.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.68 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
