OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in beverages, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous
  • Must be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • A valid personal licence for serving alcohol is desirable but not mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations on drinks and food pairings
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol
  • Assist in restocking supplies as needed and manage inventory levels
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards
