We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in our bar and lounge areas, ensuring they enjoy a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, but full training can be provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of wines and spirits is an advantage.
• Must be 18 or over (due to licensing laws).

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Offer friendly and knowledgeable service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and attended to.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in line with hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the hotel’s point of sale system.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and restocking of the bar as required.
• Ensure the bar and lounge areas are well presented at all times.
• Support in setting up for events, private functions, or weddings as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service.
