We’re looking for a Passionate Bar Assistant Manager to join the Glade mixology team in their pursuit for perfection.
Salary ranges from £39,000 per year, based on 44 hours work per week. Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience.
The Glade Bar Assistant Manager will be working alongside the Glade Bar Director, Martino Franchi, in developing the Glade Bar at Sketch into a world renowned cocktail destination.
The Glade Bar have been transformed in a mixology venue with a laboratory allowing for the best bar team to push the boundaries of cocktail making and deliver a one of a kind experience to our guests.

• Previous Bar Assistant Manager or Supervisor/Head Bartender experience is required.
• 5 Star environment experience required
• Very strong knowledge of cocktail required, mixology experience preferred
