Key Responsibilities Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Responsible for providing a high level of service in our bar area, ensuring that guests enjoy their time with us. Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Follow standardized recipes and hotel guidelines for beverage preparation. Ensure all beverages are presented attractively and meet the hotel's quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, equipment, and glassware. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate cash register records and report any discrepancies to the Manager. Work closely with other bar staff and hotel team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with training new staff as required. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and efficiency. Must adhere to all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. At the end of every closing shift secure liquor, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties. Prepare a daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the manager. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor; and complete safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role in a high-end hospitality setting. Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol or equivalent is preferred. Able to handle difficult situations effectively. Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
