• Oversee all cash and credit transfers throughout the shift and ensure the opening or closing check list has been completed and stored in the correct area
• Maintain a clean bar, confirm equipment is efficiently working, and verify all stock has been rotated and checked
• Inform guests of the various types, brands, products, characteristics, and prices regarding different liquors, and maintain knowledge of in-house wines, spirits, monthly specials, and promotions
• Manage bar food orders and ensure beverages are served in the correct glassware using the correct measurement of alcohol
• Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of items in the correct bin
