Job Description

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the overall operations of the bar

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, drinks and bar operations
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
