JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Assist bartenders by preparing and restocking the bar with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle custodial tasks to keep the bar environment safe and welcoming.
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance duties as required.
• Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Lift heavy items such as kegs or boxes of supplies as needed.
