Description We are seeking a Barback to join our team! In this role, the Barback is responsible for opening and closing the bar and other essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, like restocking and prepping garnishes, etc. Your goal is to ensure members and their guests have the best experience possible. If you’re friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you. Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down. Restock supplies as needed. Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks. Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles. Take out the trash. Assist bartenders as requested. Keeps ice bins filled. Set up and break down portable bars for large parties and events when needed. Work as a contributing player to the Team with a positive attitude and a genuine SMILE. Maintain a neat, professional appearance with proper nametags and uniform throughout each shift. Requirements High school diploma/GED Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Able to work nights and weekends
