Spotless glasses, fresh ingredients, and bottles at the ready don't happen by accident. A bar back efficiently stocks, cleans, and organizes the bar while communicating and working seamlessly with the bartenders. Requested Tasks * Eyes are always on the critical 6: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness * Anticipate items to stock during shift - prior to running out * Understand bar equipment and how to troubleshoot problems during shift (Low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys, etc.) * Maintain bar cleanliness from all angles - the bar top where guests are seated, the bar back where spirits, glassware, supplies are located, waste bins, and floors * Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality Requested Capabilities * Prior experience highly preferred * A proactive and detailed demeanor As part of the Makeready collection, we proudly offer a variety of thoughtful benefits and perks for eligible team members including accommodating PTO/PTO exchange, medical/dental/vision benefits, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, company-matched dependent care & 401k, student loan repayment program and a wide range of additional ancillary benefits.
