The ideal candidate will;

• Have at least one years experience in a supervisory position and will have a leadership presence within the bar.
• Have fluent written and spoken English and be legally entitled to work in Ireland on a full time basis. We are not in a position to apply for or assist with work permits.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends, but there is flexibility and always fair rotation of shifts amongst the supervisory team.
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team

We have a supervisory position available in the P. Francis & Son Bar and Bistro working with a well established and great team. This role is operational and hands on.

• To support the bar Manager & Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the Bar/Bistro.
• To oversee service for food and beverage and ensure guest satisfaction.
• To help create an atmosphere which encourages good teamwork and morale and leads to excellent service.
• To monitor that standards are achieved and adhered to regarding service.
• Assist with developing, training and coaching of the bar team members inline with policies and procedures.
