Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality, community, and sport? Kirkby Lonsdale RUFC is looking for a dynamic, outgoing Bar & Clubhouse Manager to lead operations at our vibrant clubhouse.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving rugby club, managing everything from match-day bar service to Sunday morning kitchen buzz, and helping us grow through events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
There is a degree of flexibility to the role and it can de developed with the correct individual. The role will not initially be full time but the hours can be increased if the number of events increase which is in part the responsibility of this individual.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Bar Management:
• Order and manage stock
• Set pricing
• Recruit and lead bar staff and volunteers
• Sunday Kitchen Leadership:
• Open and run the kitchen
• Lead volunteers to serve breakfast and drinks
• Events & Fundraising:
• Plan and host social and fundraising events
• Promote and deliver memorable experiences
• Venue Hire Coordination:
• Manage bookings for private events (birthdays, celebrations, etc.)
• Sponsorship & Revenue Growth:
• Build relationships and seek external sponsorship opportunities
• Contribute to the club’s financial success
