As a Bar & Cocktail Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by combining your creativity with your extensive knowledge of beverages. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar setting.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Current RSA certification and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol.
• Willingness to commit for the entire winter season, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating unique guest experiences.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes.
• Engage with guests, assess their preferences, and recommend beverages that suit their tastes.
